Our PCB Fabrication & Assembly Process

A clear, predictable process from Gerber files to shipped boards:

 

1. Design Review & DFM Check  We review your Gerbers, drill files, fab notes, and BOM. We’ll flag any manufacturability concerns, stack-up tolerances, solder mask slivers, tombstoning risks, before we commit to production.

2. Material Sourcing & Component Procurement  Our procurement team sources components from authorized distributors. We check lead times, flag alternates for allocation-risk parts, and lock in pricing before fab starts.

3. PCB Fabrication  Boards are fabricated at our Buford, GA facility. Inner layers are imaged, etched, and inspected. Outer layers are drilled, plated, and finished to your spec. AOI is performed at bare-board stage.

4. Solder Paste & SMT Placement  Stencil-printed paste is inspected by SPI before component placement. Our pick-and-place lines handle 0201 passives through large BGAs.

5. Reflow & Wave / Selective Soldering  Boards run through controlled reflow profiles. Through-hole components are soldered by wave or selective solder as required.

6. Inspection & Testing  AOI, X-ray (for BGA/QFN), ICT or flying probe, and functional test per your test plan. Full traceability documentation is provided.

7. Delivery & Documentation  Boards are packaged per IPC standards. You receive a full package: test reports, AOI reports, certificate of conformance, and traceability records.
